言梓沫：In terms of diet, I always eat according to the recipe given to me by my dietitian. Before the performance, I will eat seven minutes full, and then go to the performance. Because the performance will consume physical strength. Without strength, you will faint.（饮食方面，我是一直按我的营养师给我的食谱吃的，我演出前是会吃饱7分饱，然后去演出。因为演出会消耗体力，没了力气，是会晕倒的。）
